Automatic Door Price in Dubai: System Plus Panels, 2026
SmartFix’s own prices for automatic sliding door systems and glass panels, with add-ons. All prices exclude VAT.
A SmartFix automatic sliding door is priced as a system plus glass panels, excluding VAT. A linear sliding system is AED 7,000 and a telescopic system AED 14,500. Each installed glass panel is AED 500 frameless or AED 2,000 framed. A standard double sliding door with two frameless panels is AED 8,000, and with two framed panels AED 11,000.

AED 500 for a frameless panel (10 to 12 mm glass), AED 2,000 for a framed panel.

A fire alarm connection and a top steel support, if one is required, are not included. Removing an existing door or glass is not included. The site survey, estimate and quote are free.
Automatic door price by number of glass panels
The panel price is for one installed glass leaf. A double sliding door usually has two moving leaves.

Prices exclude VAT and are system plus panels only, before add-ons. Your quote lists the number and type of panels. Telescopic systems are AED 14,500 plus panels at the same panel prices.
A worked example
A clinic entrance is about 2 m wide. It needs a linear sliding system with two glass leaves. With two frameless panels the cost is AED 7,000 + 2 × AED 500 = AED 8,000 plus VAT. With two framed panels it is AED 7,000 + 2 × AED 2,000 = AED 11,000 plus VAT.
Add a remote control (AED 1,000) and the framed version comes to AED 12,000 plus VAT.

Lead time and warranty
SmartFix gives 1 to 2 weeks for automatic doors. The warranty covers installation workmanship and parts that are replaced. It does not cover glass breakage, damage, misuse or neglect, damage from voltage or power variation, short circuit or internal wiring faults, fire, storm or accident, changes or servicing by anyone other than an authorised technician, ordinary wear, or consumables.
How to compare automatic door quotes
An operator price is not a door price. Check that the quote shows:
- The operator, the glass panels and the installation, priced or listed separately
- The sensors and what each one does
- Which add-ons are included
- Whether a fire connection or steel support is needed
- Whether VAT is included
- The warranty in writing
