How a repair works
- You send the door type, the brand if you can see it, and a short video of the fault on WhatsApp.
- SmartFix gives 1 to 2 working days for a repair visit.
- The technician inspects the door. The inspection is free.
- If you go ahead, the repair carries the AED 500 minimum service charge. If a part is needed, you get its price before the work.

An annual maintenance contract covers service only. It does not include parts. Each contract has 6 services: 4 regular services and 2 call-outs. SmartFix quotes the contract price for your doors. For malls, clinics, offices and hotels, a regular service helps catch faults before the entrance stops working.
