Glass Partition Price in Dubai: Cost per m² in 2026
SmartFix’s own prices for frameless, framed and slim profile glass partitions, supplied and installed. All prices exclude VAT.
SmartFix glass partitions in Dubai start from AED 325 per m², supplied and installed, excluding VAT. The aluminium U-channel (frameless) system is from AED 325, aluminium-framed double-glazed partitions are AED 600, and slim profile channel partitions are AED 650. A glass door in a partition is AED 1,500 frameless or AED 2,250 framed, with all accessories.

Removing existing walls, doors or glass is not included. All glass is polished and tempered. Standard frame colours are white, black and grey. The site survey, estimate and quote are free.
Glass partition price by area
Partitions are priced per square metre of glass. Multiply the width by the height of the wall, in metres.

Prices exclude VAT and are for clear glass at standard specification. Doors are priced separately: frameless AED 1,500, framed AED 2,250.
A worked example
A meeting room partition is 4 m wide and 2.8 m high, so the glass area is 11.2 m². For a budget, count the whole wall as glass and add the door price. Your written quote confirms the exact area.
- Frameless system with a frameless door: 11.2 m² at AED 325 is AED 3,640, plus AED 1,500 for the door, so AED 5,140 plus VAT.
- Framed double-glazed system with a framed door: 11.2 m² at AED 600 is AED 6,720, plus AED 2,250 for the door, so AED 8,970 plus VAT.
- Frosted or tinted glass: add AED 100 per m², which is AED 1,120 on 11.2 m².
Which system to choose
- Frameless (U-channel) keeps the wall almost entirely glass and costs the least. It suits offices and meeting rooms where you want light and an open look.
- Aluminium framed uses double-glazed glass in a frame for a more defined, solid wall.
- Slim profile gives a thin metal line between glass panels for a lighter framed look.

What can add to the price

- A special frame colour, for example an electroplated finish
- Special glass, such as textured or crystal clear
- Height above 2.8 m
Colour glass is Belgian glass. Anything that adds to the price is quoted after the site survey.
Not supplied: acoustic partitions
SmartFix does not supply acoustic (sound-rated) partitions. If sound control matters to your project, say so on the first call.
Lead time and warranty
SmartFix gives 8 to 10 working days for glass partitions. The warranty covers installation workmanship and parts that are replaced. It does not cover glass breakage, damage, misuse or neglect, damage from power variation, fire, storm or accident, changes or servicing by anyone other than an authorised technician, ordinary wear, or consumables.

A frameless glass door is AED 1,500 and a framed glass door AED 2,250, both with all accessories, excluding VAT.
Does frosted or tinted glass cost extra?
Yes. Frosted or tinted glass adds AED 100 per m².
